Superman 3 is based around abstraction focused on internal compositional relationships between formal elements. Loosely geometric abstraction both hard and soft edged in which figure/ground and inter-object relationships form the tensions and sites of meaning. By displaying that which is undefined but highlighting the relationships between things it refutes the often slippery nature of information as we experience it today.
