Plastic Planes is an exhibition of new work by Canberra artist Jacob Potter. Jacob combines found materials and paint in an unconventional way, creating paintings that border on sculpture. He draws inspiration from worn out and forgotten things, materials from op shops, and found objects. Each work is an investigation into painting and the materials used, challenging the two-dimensional space of the picture plane.
